Hi guys,
It's that time again! Anyone any suggestions as to what we might read in August??
Please only make a suggestion if you are willing to moderate the discussion.
Thanks again,
Carol

Ps:
I forgot to mention that I will be running the suggestion process until Sunday 12th as:
a) it's a long month and
b) most importantly, I am holidays with my family for 2 weeks and dependant on free Wi-Fi and my mobile phone to organize everything.
Thanks,
Carol

Andrew (mr_andrew_c) | 139 comments I'd like to nominate Hawkeye, Vol. 1 My Life as a Weapon by Matt Fraction Hawkeye, Vol. 1: My Life as a Weapon. If you like the current Marvel Comics movies, then this should be fun. It is a great easy summer read.

Mary suggested "I'd like to suggest anything by Ivan Doig, especially Bucking the Sun. This tale and Doig's writing style is so engrossing that I felt a part of it. Give it a try. Also, anything by Joe Abercrombie. I've read all of his books and am on book 2 of his latest young adult series, Half the World and Half a King. I could go on with more books but will refrain!"

Hi Maureen,
I'm not sure which book you meant (I could only find
All The Light We Cannot See A Detailed Summary About The Book Of Anthony Doerr!! ( Bonus Fun Quiz To Help You Understand The Book Better!) (All The ... Summary, Novel, Quiz; All The Light) by Mr. Summary
All the Light We Cannot See - 101 Amazing Facts You Didn't Know Fun Facts and Trivia Tidbits Quiz Game Books (GWhizBooks.com) by G Whiz )
So, unfortunately I won't be able to add it to this month's poll. If you want to suggest this book and let me know who the author is next month I'll happily include it then.
Apologies,
Carol
