Kim Arfa (kimarfa) | 7 comments hello everyone! I am in need of serious help, actually I have just finished reading My Heart & Other Black Holes and my sister told me to stop reading for awhile. She said that I have been reading books and not focusing on my studies. I know it is bad for me and I have spm next year. spm is my future but I can't seem to stop thinking of my tbr books :-( help?

Hi Kim!
First of all, I moved this topic to the more appropriate section ;)

As for reading too much... I can related. I have been reading non-stop too! But since you have SPM coming, you do need to pay attention to your studies too.

Why not set aside a certain hours per day/week for reading? That way you can study while not totally abandoning your readings. Just be sure to stick to it :D

Azbaqiyah | 96 comments The best way is to balance your timetable.

^_^

During my spm days I only read novel before I went to bed. Only one chapter. That's all i can share with you.

Goodluck for your spm!

Deviki | 43 comments Um The only thing I would suggest is stop buying books for a while. Or set a threshold ...if I do revision and study for 5 hours then i get to read 2 chapters of your story book. Something like that ....eventually it may help you with you reading thirst :P
