Rachel looking forward to this challenge although it will probably take me the whole year to finish ( i'm signed up for other challenges and tend to get distracted by books that don't fit any of the challenges i've signed up for lol)

i will be doing the low octane by title and would welcome any suggestions for x & z.

A. A is for Alibi- finished 1/10/13
B. Blood Work- finished 1/19/13

Rachel odds are the next one will be better (at least I really hope so lol)

message 20: by Cherie (new)

Cherie (crobins0) | 21536 comments I guess we have to cross path with a few duds along the way, Rachel. Of course your dud may be someone else's great new read. It seems to be the way it goes. I may have picked it up for the title, but this is not usually the kind of story that draws me in. I hope your next one is better for you too. :)

Rachel thanks Cherie :)

message 28: by Rachel (new)

Rachel it was one of those books I liked but did not love- gave it 3 stars- I would say it is worth reading if you enjoy the genre. I will read him again- I've heard his new novel is very good NOS4A2

Any review?

message 46: by Rachel (new)

Rachel I actually forgot to review both of those books lol- I will post one for each soon.

never let me go has a great premise but I found it a really slow read and didn't enjoy it (most on gr would disagree with me as this is a well reviewed book but it just wasn't for me)

on writing is a must for king fans-provides a glimpse into his life, career and writing process- an enjoyable read.
