Catherine | 76 comments 8. Easter - 29.3.13 - 1.4.13 - http://www.publicholidaysaustralia.co... - http://www.achievesuccess.com.au/east... - Read a book that YOU would associate with Easter...explain your connection when posting your book choice:)

I think Easter is about sacrifice. God sacrificed his only son for greater good. So I'm reading The Little Coffee Shop of Kabul by Deborah Rodriguez for Easter. I think the women in this book are sacrificing something of themselves for what they believe.

I thoroughly agree with your review Steve. I slogged through that book too and I was more than disappointed with the ending. Why introduce a mystery into a mystery novel if you do not intend solving it? It did not induce me to read any more of her books.

I'm reading the Wheel of Time series on audiobook at the rate of one hour a day while walking my dog. So far I have taken two months to get part of the way into the third book. I think the series may outlast the dog. It may even outlast me!
