The Nerd Herd discussion

Zaya entered the classroom.

Jack went to the English room. He sat down in the very backest back corner of the facility.

She took the seat nearest to the window, but in the back seat.

Jack took his notebook and began doodling a dinosaur eating a pineapples.

Zaya got all her junk ready and hoped someone she knew was coming. Soon a very attractive male strutted into the classroom.

Jack added a rhinoceros eating a giraffe.

Zaya saw the attractive male. He saw her, and decided he liked her.

Jack had no idea of this occurrence. He didn't know that he already had a competitor for his girlfriend.

This "competitor" had the name Michael Dupleo. "Well, hello there.", he said as he took the seat next to Zaya.

Jack sighed exaggeratedly.

Peter and Annie walked into Zayas classroom. They sat down away from each other. No one suspect anything

"Hey.", she said shyly.

Peter and Annie exchanged a private glance. Jack waited for the teacher to come.

"What Is a beautiful soul like you doing in this stuffy classroom?", he asked. Zaya blushed. "Waiting for class to start."

Jack would have murdered Michael if he had heard that. Annie raised her eyebrows at Zaya.

Zaya shrugged with a freaked out face. Michael laughed. "Kinda boring wouldn't you say?", Zaya shrugged. "Not really. I love math."

Peter and Annie looked at each other pointedly.

Michael snorted. "Personally I think math is the next generation of torture.", he said. Zaya would've liked to say,"Math has been around for thousands of years stupid.", but instead she said,"Well that's your opinion."

Annie and Peter both stifled laughter. "She's right, you know." Annie said quietly

Michael looked over at the small source of the sound. "Well, well. Who is this?", he purred. Then he stroked Annie's hair.

Annie stiffened. Peter walked over and gently removed Michael's hand from her head. Annie flashed him a quick smile.

Michael scowled at Peter. "And what are you?"

Annie stood up. The back of her hand made contact with Michael's face.

"Why you little-", Michael was interrupted by a sharp pain in his shoulder blade. Zaya had grabbed him and used an awesome ninja move to stop hi m from lunging at Annie. "You were saying?", she said gruffly.

Annie stuck her tongue out st Michael. Peter held Annie's hand quietly.

"I was just saying how much I loved your hair today.", he tried.

Annie rolled her eyes. "I'm sure you were.'

"Nice try though.", Zaya replied with a false encouragement in her voice. She threw him aside and blocked him from coming back. "You guys okay?"

Peter nodded slightly. Annie inclined her head.

Zaya sat back down.

Peter and Annie exchanged a brief kiss so fast no one but themselves knew about if.

Zaya smoothed out her plaid mini skirt and out her hair up as Michael staggered back to his seat next to her.

Peter and Annie sat next to each other. They compared notes from last semester.

Michael fixed his sleek blonde hair.

Jack sauntered in. "Sup peeps."

Michael meanwhile was annoying the HECK out of Zaya. So she didn't notice Jack.

Jack frowned and ambled over tozaya. "Who's this?"

"An annoying little twerp.", Zaya slapped his hands a big too hard away from her face. Michael looked at Jack. "Who are you?", he asked in his annoying nasal voice.

"Her boyfriend." he said pointedly.

((BURN))

((PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY)) Michael stood tall but was still at least a couple inches shorter than Jack.

Jack smirked. And sat next to Zaya.

"Ha!!", Zaya exclaimed. Michael scowled.

Jack waved to peter. "Sup bro.' He immediately took his hand from Annie's and waved.

Michael went to do something annoying. Zaya took Jack's hand. "Aren't you supposed to be in your own classroom?"

"So? You're in here.' he said smugly.

"Well, don't stay too long."

Jack pretended to pout. "So you and Michael can have some alone time?"

"Oh, God no."

Jack laughed. Eva ran in. She saw Michael and immediately wished she had curled her hair instead of straightening it. "Oh, um... hi." she faltered to him.

Michael look up. "Hey..."
