What "format" is a Nook book?

Book title says "book one" - did you need a series created?
Just add it the same as the Kindle edition except you pick "ebook" and put either an ISBN in the ISBN 13 field or the Barnes and Noble BNID in the ISBN 13 field. Then ask in the librarians group and someone can combine it with the other editions of the book.
I combined the paperback and Kindle editions of your book. Your author note is only on the Kindle edition though.

If bnid starting with 294, in the edition field can add "nook edition." If bnid starting with 294###, do not put anything in isbn10 field or purchase links will fail.
Most mainstream publishers use same isbn 978## for the ebook no matter file type, format, where sold, etc.
More to do with distinct id numbers than file type ebook is in. That is, kindle books have distinct asin number only used on amazon site; kobo a 123### number only used by them, Barnes and Noble the 294#### only used on their site...
No file type ever gets noted (epub, pubit, mobi, etc.-exceptions need librarian note explaining that the pdf not the same as the mobi file or whatever the justification is). A publisher or other site offering to download in nook, pdf, mobi, etc. usually uses the exact same isbn for all the file types and it is the exact same book and edition no matter how a reader downloads or devices/apps used. If every file format that can be downloaded has a unique isbn, (almost never), each isbn does get an edition created (and could be one of the exceptions to noting file type).
If you download a nook format book from any site other than Barnes and Noble, it's never going to have the 294## number only used by Barnes and Noble on their site and only for nook books.
So "nook edition" never gets noted for an ebook with an isbn 978###.
(The number of asin and only published in kindle books I think lead to "kindle edition" being a choice in format field; no one really explained clearly to me why just kindle got to be a choice of formats in the dropdown list. Clearest I got was about asin number and being a holdover from where goodreads used to be able to subscribe to amazon data feed that required it to be that way)

Same goes if you see "nook" phrases in edition field of a book whose isbn13 field doesn't have a number starting with 294###.

I think author can combine editions.
Can't separate but can combine.
(Not an author so not sure what they see but Rivka said they could combine editions.)

Mona- I'm unsure what the "author note" that's missing in the paperback edition. However to explain- maybe- it's a paperback that's only available in Lulu's Marketplace while I hammer out issues with margins. I'm less concerned about this than getting the ebook editions up right- my genre mostly publishes in eboo.
Debbie- about the series- yes, I did need one created. I'd made the changes I was allowed to and then noted in the librarian comments section about the series. That's been a few days now, but I figured the librarians are all really busy so I wasn't too concerned yet.
And yes, there was a thing for me to combine the editions, but I was waiting until I got an answer about the Nook edition to combine.
Thanks
Joelle
I just meant your author note in the description about the adult content. I wasn't sure if you wanted to copy that into the paperback description. If you say what you want the series called I can create the series for you, when you're ready.

That's perfectly okay to note it there. But, not quick. Unless there's an issue with your book and a librarian edits and happens to spot the comment ... Could be months before librarian comment in book edit section seen.
Nothing wrong with putting in comments; but, a post over in librarians group to create a series gets it done in minutes (a few hundred+ librarians always online and monitoring those posts).
Because this thread has several librarians reading/posting you can post series info here as well. (Dashing off to look for series comment info in book data if no one already beat me to it) but usually book issues go in librarians group.

Did you want to add a description for the series?
