There is nothing to associate that image with the ISBN in the GR book page.

It's the audible audio edition. You can look it up.

Amazon shows an ASIN for the Audible audio edition with that title—not ISBN. If you have found a reference showing that image directly associated with the ISBN in the GR book record, then please provide it and we’ll add the cover image.

Audible editions never have ISBNs, and always have ASINs. I cannot find an acceptable cover source for that ISBN.

Don, you created the book as a Kindle edition with an ISBN, which is incorrect: a Kindle edition can not have an ISBN—it needs to have an ASIN. Did you perhaps mean “ebook”? ➜ Please review.
