I'd suggest it verges on dystopian fiction, but in the end it's simply a tale of how politicians can grab on to the slenderest of straws to rise to power and how such rises can be catastrophic.
That doesn't make it sound so appealing, but I think it's a fairly breezy, thought provoking read.
