I'm 200 pages in. Does anyone else find themselves wishing a certain character's storyline would keep going instead of switching to someone else and forcing you to wait another 50 pages before their storyline picks up again? (view spoiler)
yes, lol, I do! I have to say I was surprised to see that Jamie had his own chapters this time around, and that he was even more of a pompous ass when he speaks for himself than when others just talk about him.
Haha Shawna, I agree, he is a pompous ass. Love Brienne though. And I love that specific storyline as well, but like the others as well. Haven't read this in a while, but knowing that you two are reading it now makes me want to pick it up again!
The Jaime and Brienne story line was definitely my favorite. This book made me feel so many emotions. I had to pause at a certain point because I had to compose my thoughts for over a week. It read fast from there on out :)
ok seriously felt like they ripped off that back story from 300!!! I am sitting here reading thinking to myself "are you for real?" Lol makes me a little irritated to say the least.
ugh... *hand to head* I am not quite sure how to post a hidden spoiler so I won't put the quote but it's nearly identical to a quote by Rhett Buttler to Scarlet in Gone With The Wind. Seriously love this series and have found it to be so original, until now. I am just sad :(
i have already started the book and i know i said that the tv series seemed to violent to me but i love the book so much that i am ready to give the tv series another try
ok was upset by that one chapter. However, the story goes on to surpass any expectations I had and has won me back over. I love this story!!!!
