Does anyone else come upon strange coincidences in the books you read.

Last year I read three books in a row that mentioned Stamp Collections.

The other is how many times my name shows up in some way or another in my books, my name is not unusual, but it certainly is not common.

Please share you strange reading coincidences, just so I know that it is not just me?

My mom has your name as her middle name, speaking of coincidences!

Anytime that ever happens to me in life Cecilia (coincidences like that popping up where I see the same thing or scenario over and over again) I usually think Fate is telling me something and maybe I should listen. :)

For example, when i pass 2 or more people with flat tires on the side of the road in a week I figure I must need to tend to my car and tires. Things like that!

Cecelia, that happens all the time for me in books. I have had connections in books that I read in order by accident. Most of the time if I have a few book suggestions I go pick them up without reading what they are about and while there I almost always check the new shelf. I get home and start reading and I have two books about the same subject.

I have come across several books that mention how desolate my state is(true but I hate to hear it be made fun of all the time).

I think that we might take note of something that means something to us and then the next book has it in again and so we think ..hey what is that all about?

I love looking for patterns in most things, so quite a few coincidences show up!

I readThe Celestine Prophecy and there was a part that talked about how when you see people that remind you of others or if you see someone you haven't seen in awhile that it is more than coincidence that they probably have important info for you. So anyways a week later I went to a bar for my friend's birthday and saw someone I went to middle school with and just did a Hi as I walked by thing. Then 2 nights later me and my boyfriend went to shoot pool and saw him again. I didn't go say anything although I wanted to then but we were both with other people at the time. That was 10 years ago who knows he could have given me the winning lotto numbers but I lost my chance! LoL
