Johnny Ray (sirjohn) | 19 comments I found this new site that I really like. It is very crisp and clean and great for readers to easily see what a author writes. Here is my site as an example askdavid.com/books/4751

Linda | 3 comments new here, actually a lurker, enjoying everyone's input. am listening to Carolyn Haines "Bones" series. Just love the southern women mysteries. Margaret Maron, Lisa Jackson and her New Orleans character. anyone have any southern women mystery authors i should look for, read/listen to? btw, i emailed Ms. Haines asking her if she knew when books 2 and 3 would be on audio, and SHE EMAILED ME BACK! what a delight. we share a love for the cajun history, James Lee Burke novels (Dave Robicheaux and Clete Purcell). any southern women or southern mystery authors. love the dixie diva series, waiting for book 4 to come out. Debora Geary, while not southern, is one of my favorite series. i have so many.. Blake Crouch, Brett Battles, Lee Child, Jeffery Deaver, Michael Connelly, John Sandford, so many favorites, so little time. I listen to at least 5-7 books a week. my library is getting low on the audiobooks i haven't listened to. and my audible.com account is eating in to my money, but well worth it... it is better than TV... until Dexter comes back in June, and btw, Jeff Lindsay is a fave, along with the Hit Man series by Lawrence Block. OH.... i could go on and on and on....

any ideas for me?

thanks,
Linda Bird
