Pride and Prejudice discussion

If you could cast anyone for the roles of Mr. Darcy, Elizabeth, Bingley, and Jane, who would you cast? (They don't have to be age appropriate.)

I'll go first. :-) I think the ideal actors/actresses are:

Mr. Darcy: Richard Armitage (I love Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy but I vote for Richard Armitage because of his scowl. lol And his expressive eyes. Those eyes can express disdain and tendering loving, and everything in between!)

Elizabeth: Jennifer Ehle. Yes, no point in changing this. She is the quintessential Elizabeth Bennet.

Bingley: Jonny Lee Miller or Dan Stevens. Probably Jonny Lee Miller because Dan Stevens is too handsome. He might outshine Mr. Darcy. (But he and Romola Garai would make a stunning couple!)

Jane: Rosamund Pike or Romola Garai. Yes, as much as I hate the 2005 movie, I do think Rosamund Pike is perfect for the role. Romola Garai because I think she is an amazing actress and she can play almost any character. She is beautiful but I can also see her as the daughter of a gentleman farmer.
