If The Lord says the same, this year I will be 34 years old. A lot of people think that I am young, some people think that I'm in my early twenties and some people still think that I am in high school. I have a very young looking face.

No matter how old I get or should I say, the right digit or both digits get. I will still be young. That's why I don't worry about wrinkles, gray hair, etc.

A person can get the outer appearance change, but they can't change their digits. They can lie about it, but even a lie can't erase the truth.

I'm 36 as of last month.

The FountainPenDiva, Old school geek chick and lover of teddy bears (thefountainpendiva) | 1216 comments In two weeks I will be a happy 43 years old. I don't look my age (whatever THAT means). Most people assume I am in my late twenties to early thirties. I guess the GEEK GIRL t-shirt doesn't help much.

The FountainPenDiva, Old school geek chick and lover of teddy bears (thefountainpendiva) | 1216 comments The ironic thing about age is that most of the fabulous women who are a part of my life--past and present--have been older. They've taught me so much about how to live and how to be happy. My grandmother just turned 83 years old, still drives and she and her best friend spend more time out and about than she does at home. She's also got herself a new "beau"--who's Samoan. It's so cute!

And they don't care about wrinkles and stuff--like my great-grandma once told me, "I've earned every damn one of them."

I don't know why some people think there's something wrong with growing old. They don't want the wrinkles and gray hair. A person can change their look, but they can't change their age.

I was designed to get old one day. Gray hair, wrinkles, etc. Let it come, when it's time.

I think that some people look even better when they are older.

PT (spinsterpt) | 319 comments I had gray hairs when I was in my teens for some reason. I remember plucking them out.
Anywho, I would be twenty again, but only if I knew the stuff I knew now.
I have learned a lot and I don't have a single regret about the things I did, but I have lots about the things I didn't do.

IslandGirl Reads (islandgirlreads) I will be 38 in November and not really looking forward to the big 40 but what choice do I have. I do love where I am in my life right now and its true --- most of the time wisdom comes with age.
