About - A predominantly book-focused blog, with some lifestyle/fashion/film/observational posts. Humorous conversational tone, and somewhat different from standard book blogs in that I focus mostly on horror/thriller texts, with some fantasy/magical realism. Just getting back into the swing so currently somewhat unstructured.

biblio-empire | 5 comments Hi everyone! Here are the details to my site:

Title: biblio-empire

Address: http://www.biblio-empire.com

About: I started being consistent with my book blog in May/June of this year. It's slightly different from the majority because you probably won't see much of YA on there. I read fiction (recent and classics), non-fiction (science, biographies, things of the like), and some things in between. I enjoy a lot of mystic/esoteric texts too, which I realize not everyone is into.

Unique series/something other than reviews?
I post literature-related musings and month wrap ups.

[email protected]

Thanks guys!

Wren (wrenreaders) Title: For the Love of Books

Address: http://fortheloveofbooksreviews.blogs...

About: I review books and share book related posts such as memes and discussions. I mainly review YA but I also read middle grade and adult books on occasion. Many of the books I review fall into the romance, paranormal and LGBTQ genres/themes. I have been blogging for a little over a year now!

Besides already-existing memes from other blogs, I've created a "meme" or feature of my own where I share beautiful book covers! I'm also experimenting with a new feature about unique and intriguing titles. I don't really have a set posting schedule because college life can be a bit unpredictable, but I am hoping to set a more concrete schedule in the future.

Contact: All of my social media can be found on my blog itself, I have blog stickers leading to my Pinterest, Goodreads, Twitter, etc.

Other: While I currently have no experience whatsoever considering guest blogging, I am open to the idea! If you want to do a guest post on my blog or you'd like me to do one on yours, feel free to send me a message.

Mine is a short story blog. I write and post 1+ short stories a week. Every genre, every writing style - that's the goal. Want to watch my experiment, and even possibly give me your opinions/critiques/unrelenting hatred for my genre-bending, style-swapping adventures?

I would definitely do guest blogging of my own free will and not because they're watching. Waiting. Sharpening.

Christina T (crysteena73) | 11 comments Hi all. I'd love some insight and suggestions on how to make my blog better.
1) Is there something missing that would help navigate the blog better?
2) Is there something that is unnecessary that I should eliminate altogether?
3) Is it too cluttered or too sparse?
4) What do you enjoy about another blog that you'd like to see on mine?
5) Are my book reviews helpful to someone who might want to read a particular book? Do I reveal too much? Not enough? What would you change?

As my book blog has become stagnant with no comments for over a year I'd really like to know.

About: Ravenous For Reads is a blog that celebrates readers and writers alike. It's a book blog that expands to include the writing process, Wordy Wednesdays, analysis of works, author interviews, and bookish lifestyle. I like to keep it broad and creative :)

I cover all genres except Romance and Erotica. I read these but I don't usually enjoy them as much as say, Magical Realism, YA, Sci-Fi, Historical Fiction, and Thrillers/Psychological/Suspense.

At the moment, I've been interviewing authors and song-writers. My most recent interview was with Lana Popovic, author of Wicked Like A Wildfire. Next month, my interview with Sleeping at Last will be publish.

So the blog is really about reading, writing, and the creative ways words and literature are a part of our lives. I love it!

Do you do any unique series? Something other than reviews?
Outside of reviews, I do the following:
1. Monthly book releases
2. Author interviews
3. Wordy Wednesdays
4. Sneak peaks at personal projects
5. Submission Alerts (for writers)
6. Articles about writing/reading
7. Tea Time - introducing bookish teas I love

I do other posts, too, but can't list them off the top of my head.
