Sara | 1500 comments Here is where we can all discuss Unearthly. Beware there may be spoilers. Please try and hide them if they are too spoilery.

Sara | 1500 comments I read Unearthly about a year ago and loved it. Read it and Hallowed (Unearthly, #2) by Cynthia Hand in 2 days. Now I just need to find time to read Boundless.

And I am totally NOT on Team Tucker.

Mishma You're team Christian?
I am team Tucker,by the way.

Yeah, Christian. I still need to read book 3. Have you read it yet? Don't spoil it for me:)

Jayce I read this whole series loved it and would recommend it to just about anyone.

Sara | 1500 comments Jayce wrote: "I read this whole series loved it and would recommend it to just about anyone."

I am so excited to read the last book. I have banned myself from getting any more books to review so that I can finally read what I want.

No I haven't.I really suck at finishing series.I stopped with Unearthly.

Lol I do that too! I always read the first book and if I liked it I buy the sequels. I guess it loses the excitement after I buy them. I own like 50 or more sequels to read.

Mishma Oh my God,that's a lot.It feels bad when I abandon the series with the first book, but when there's a lot to read,I totally forget about the series.
And it feels weird when I read a sequel after a long time I read the first one.

Sara | 1500 comments I know it is way too many. I made a list so I could work on reading them first, but then I started signing up for books with netgalley and that has taken all my time. I have really slowed down on my reading this year, so I need to speed back up.

Sandee is Reading (sandeeisreading) I liked Christina too. Unfortunately, I haven't read the other books after Unearthly. How was it? Does it get better?

I loved Hallowed. I thought it was better. I hear the last book is really good. I am definitely reading it in May.

Mishma The sequels are great for Christian lovers,I've heard.Unfortunately I am not.Another reason why I couldn't continue the series.

But if you read Hallowed you will understand as more is revealed about everyone. Read it, Mishma! Just give in;)

Mishma Really?Maybe I should give it a try.
The love triangle is one the most complicated ones I've ever seen.

Are you trying to ruin things for me. Shhhhh

Sandee is Reading (sandeeisreading) Hahahaha. :p Well, because I've been reading reviews about it. Haha. Sorry Sara!

message 20: by Sara (new) - rated it 4 stars

Sara | 1500 comments Lol. I have avoided reviews, but you have a hidden spoiler and I just had to click on it. I thought that it might be about book 2. Oh well. I will just never trust Sandee again;-)

Machie (itsmachie) | 1 comments Omygosh. This series is brilliant and really beautiful.

Kathleen | 81 comments Just finished and loved it. Usually I pick a side right away but she left me liking both boys, which is a good thing because I never do. I must say I'm a little more on Christian's side though. I really liked that twist in the ending. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but I was happy with that. I loved the whole idea about destiny and the choices you make along the way.

I'm so OCD I hate leaving series' unfinished, so I try not to. Sara, I know what you mean, I see a spoiler tag and I know I'm not supposed to click it, but I can't help myself. It's the forbidden candy appeal lol. I can't wait to see what happens next. I will start book 2 tonight. Is the series only 3 books?

Yes just 3. I have the last book waiting for me, but I am so far behind on reading. Too busy lately. Do not look at Sandee's spoiler! I am hoping she is wrong. I really hate reviews that give everything away.

Kathleen | 81 comments Too late, I saw it already! That's ok at least there was a warning. I hate when status updates don't have a spoiler tag! I just accidentally read something and I'm hoping I read enough books in between to forget about it.

message 25: by Sara (new) - rated it 4 stars

Sara | 1500 comments That's always my hope, too. Usually I read a blurb and then get the book. Then when I finally have a chance to read it I do not reread the blurb so I can be surprised since I forget what the book is about most of the time.

message 26: by Kathleen (last edited Apr 10, 2013 02:24PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kathleen | 81 comments That's a great idea. I'll have to try that.

message 27: by Sara (new) - rated it 4 stars

Sara | 1500 comments Yep. Usually I have the gist of what is about, but I love to be reading a book and be surprised when it is not what I thought it was. Of course there are also those unwanted surprises.

Kathleen | 81 comments Ok just finished Hallowed and absolutely loved it, especially (view spoiler). And I am 100% team Christian now :D hahaha.

Yay! Now we both need to read book 3.

Kathleen | 81 comments P.S. I won't post anything about the final book, only that I'm sure I'll love it.

Kathleen | 81 comments Yes, Sara! Read book 3 please! :)

message 32: by Sara (new) - rated it 4 stars

Sara | 1500 comments Are you reading it now?

message 33: by Kathleen (last edited Apr 12, 2013 10:45PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kathleen | 81 comments I'm starting now. For some reason I wasn't able to sign on since I got back, only now.

Hmm. Makes me want to skip the 20 others I have to read and read it instead.

Kathleen | 81 comments Hmm did not love the last one as the others. If I had to choose, Hallowed would be my favorite in the series.

I need life to take a pause so I can finish my long list of books! I bought this book on release day and have not had a chance to read it yet. So frustrating LOL. My own fault for signing up to review books:)

Bunny (bunnyboo123) | 31 comments I just started Boundless and needless to say so far it is living up to the other two books, which in my opinion were amazing.

But I can't really say much yet because I just finished chapter 1.

Laila Jane (axlilxlala) Kathleen wrote: "Ok just finished Hallowed and absolutely loved it, especially [spoilers removed]. And I am 100% team Christian now :D hahaha."

I just finished Hallowed, and I have to completely agree with you. At the end of Unearthly, I was all for Tucker, but now that I've read Hallowed I've switched over to Team Christian. Which goes to show how good the author is, because I have never ever switched teams! I'll always have a soft spot for Tucker, but Christian is who she belongs with.

Yay! Now we both need to read Boundless:)

Laila Jane (axlilxlala) I'm halfway through Radiant right now, and then onto Boundless!

I have Radiant, but do you think it is needed or can I skip it?

Laila Jane (axlilxlala) I just finished Radiant. I'm not sure how important it is to Boundless yet, but I would read it. It shows us some insight into Angela and shows us her guy from Italy, who it sounds like may play a role in Boundless. It's a quick read, once I found some time to read it =)

Angela kind of annoys me. I might as well read it first since I own it, though.

Laila Jane (axlilxlala) I've spent most of the day reading Boundless, not finished yet, but based on what I read I would definitely recommend reading Radiant first. There were a few references to what happened in Radiant, so it will help you understand what's going on in Boundless better.

Amanda (pandwen) | 141 comments finished all of them in 3 days... could not put them down. defiantly read Radiant (Unearthly, #2.5) by Cynthia Hand before Boundless (Unearthly, #3) by Cynthia Hand is referenced quite a bit
