Yay!! I'm so glad this finally won!!

If you haven't listened to them, the Percy Jackson books (starting with The Lightning Thief) are fun on audio. I also just finished Daughter of Smoke & Bone on audio and it was good.

Kellee, this month doesn't specify if the audiobook has to by YA. If we can listen to adult audiobooks, I would highly recommend The Heretic's Daughter and Song Yet Sung on audio. The women who narrate those books could read me the dictionary and I would be entranced!

I listen to audiobooks when I run. A good reader will make a book even better. Some great recent listens are: The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making; Raven Boys; Diviners; Divergent; Lamb... I could go on and on...

Oh, and if you're doing a road trip, there's nothing better!

Rora (ffyreflyy) | 33 comments I second the audios for Raven Boys, Diviners, & Divergent. His Dark Materials is done really well, too - they used a full cast! Ready Player One is supposed to have a great audio as well (read by Wil Weaton).

I can't believe it's never occurred to me, but Lamb on audio has got to be hilarious!

So good on audio!

Rora (ffyreflyy) | 33 comments I listen to most of my books on audio, because I can get away with listening at work. This month I heard:

The Reformed Vampire Support Group by Catherine Jenks
The Astonishing Life of Octavian Nothing, Traitor to the Nation, Vol I: The Pox Party by M T Anderson (a lot better than I was expecting)
Insurgent by Veronica Roth
I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga
Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater (2 readers!)
Legend by Marie Lu (2 readers!)
How I Live Now by Meg Rosoff
Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler (the only way I could get through this atrocious book...)
Lost Voices by Sarah Porter
A Step from Heaven by An Na
and the 10th anniversary (full cast recording) version of American Gods by Neil Gaiman (which, of course, was awesome)
