This book is also still not showing up with the series and number beside the title on my profile page or listed under the series on my profile page. What can I do about that? Thanks!

Only books with covers show up in the mini display of the series. When you add a cover the book will appear (it may take a while for your profile page to refresh, but your series page should show it right away).
