Personality: > Nick is nice and caring, but he can also be conceded and self absorbed. He has a terrible temper, but he would never harm anyone he cared about no matter how mad they made him. He has a bit of a bad reputation when it comes to the ladies. He is known as a player, but has never and he would never cheat on a women. He doesn’t ever show it but he is really smart. He loves being the center of attention though. He is protective of the people he cares about and he would do anything for them. He is loyal and trustworthy and always does his best to keep every promise that he makes.

Personality: Rose does have a bad temper. She doesn't like to do things she's forced to. She's a fighter, and never gives up. She doesn't love because she's a mermaid. They try to remain heartless and soulless because they are strong and showing your feelings can be a weakness. She's very stubborn and has a natural curiousity. She is a risktaker because of that and she wants to explore the world and all the seas. So, she travels around a lot.
Other: She has a tattoo to prove that she's a mermaid. It's a trident. It's just below her right collarbone.

Stefan was standing on the deck, leaning up against the side of the ship. He watched as the other members of the crew walked and ran, across the deck.

Rose swam in the dark blue sea. The sea didn't look good, it looked upset. That was how she called it. The sky was almost black and it was cloudy. The waves were rough. She sighed and swam further into the sea, her tail flopping behind her.

Stefan sighed and turned around and looked out at the sea. It looked beautiful, but it also was starting to look dark and gloomy.

Rose saw a ship in the distance. She was curious. She always was. She bit her lip but felt herself move towards it. She wanted to explore. That had always been a dream of hers.

((Sorry, I haven't really been on much lately))

Stefan continued to look out at the sea taking in the salty fresh air. He loved being out at sea, though he couldn't always give an exact reason for that. He just loved it.

Rose bit her lip but swam towards the ship anyway. But then, a storm suddenly came up and the waves were very rough.

The ship began to rock violently as the waves became rough. A storm was brewing and every man aboard had to work now. They had to keep the ship from capsizing. Stefan quickly went into action and started helping the other men with whatever needed to be done.

Rose swam towards the ship. She bit her lip and grabbed a piece that stuck out, holding onto it. She noticed the storm but she just wanted to see it.

((May have to go off suddenly. They are shutting the power off, around my area. To do some repairs after a bad snow storm.))

All the men on the ship were working hard and yelling orders at one another. It was hard to move around because the ship was rocking so hard, but they still managed to pull everything off. Then it started to down pour. It was going to be a terrible terrible storm.

((Oh okay :O!))

Rose bit her lip as she held onto the ship. She wasn't in danger, she knew these waters, but they were. If they didn't get on the lifeboats the ship would sink, with them still on it.

After a little bit the captain came out and yelled "Abandon ship." The ship had taken on to much water and was sinking. So they got all the life boats out and were about to leave. Everyone was in the boats. Well almost everyone Stefan hadn't gotten into one yet.

He was about to when he heard a small cry from below deck. That was when he remembered Ken's daughter. Ken had died a few weeks ago but his daughter was still on board. So he quickly went below deck to get her. He grabbed her and went back above deck. He place the little girl in one of the life boats and was about to climb in one himself when a wave crashed against the ship. The force of the wave had released the lifeboats from the ship. They landed safely in the water though. With everyone still in them. Other then Stefan that is. He was still on the ship. The ship that was sinking.

She noticed the ship was sinking and backed off a little, since she saw the lifeboats. She bit her lip, unsure of what to do. Then, she heard the cry and looked up. She saw a guy, putting a little girl in a life boat. This made her bit her lip even harder. She gasped when the guy was thrown back to the ship and the lifeboats were off.

As the ship sank, she saw the guy fall back into the sea. She swam towards him and helped him back to the surface. She gasped, he was heavy, but she managed. She pulled him with her as she swam to a small island that she saw in the distance.

Stefan didn't know what to do, but he didn't have much time to decide either. Because another wave crashed into the side of the ship and sent him into the water. He was falling deeper and deeper into the water. Not able to swim against the harsh waves.

Stefan's mind was slowly going blank when he felt someone grab and started pulling him to the surface. He would have helped them more but his arms and legs seemed to be turned off at the moment. Stefan didn't know where he was or even were he was going. He couldn't think straight.

Rose pulled him on to shore, of the island. She bit her lip harder, concerned. She noticed he was very handsome and something in her stomach fluttered. She frowned as she turned into her human fform. It hurt a lot. She bit her lip hard and watched him. "Please breathe," she said softly, pleadingly.

Stefan laid motionless on the sand for a for seconds, before he started coughing. He coughed up some water and after a few seconds his breathe began pretty much normal. He looked over at a girl sitting on the shore next to him.

Before he had woken up, she had grabbed a dress that washd up on shore and put it on since without it - she would've been naked. She then looked over at him. "Are you alright?" She asked softly.

Stefan sat up slowly, with a soft groan, "Yeah, I think so" he said and looked around. Trying to figure out where he was.

She reached up and brushed the wet hair out of his face before she could stop herself. She noticed he had really pretty eyes, so beautiful. "You fell off the ship," she said softly, watching him.

Stefan nodded slightly remembering what happened. He looked up at her and smiled small, she was beautiful. He looked around again for a second before his eyes settled back on the girl. "Did... uh.. How are the others?" he asked, meaning the rest of crew from the ship.

"I have no idea," she murmured softly. She didn't know what he thought about her, maybe he thought she had been on the ship as well... "I have absolutely no idea. I saw them leave with the lifeboats," she said slowly, watching him, waiting for his reaction.

Stefan nodded slightly, glad that they were at least seen leaving on the life boats. He was still worried about them but at least they were all still most likely in boats. That's when a thought dawned on him, who was this girl. Had she been on the boat? Or was she just around or something? "W-who are you?" he asked in the kindest way possible.

She bit her lip. What was she supposed to tell him. "My name is Rose," she said softly, looking at him. "Who are you?"

"I'm.. uh.. Stefan" he said
