Oh, I love it. I read it last year. And up until now I haven't found anything that can match it. At least to me. But Angelfall has come. Lol. But, yeah. I really like it. Especially the writing. And Karou. And Akiva, at first. I still love him. But he got this softy and touchy man. He lost the badass aspect in him. And I don't like Madrigal at all. And the insta-love! But the author did a great job of writing it and creating its world. In my opinion.

Ofcourse i read angelfall !! Finished it in a day actually and i liked it a lot but i rated it 4 coz of lack or romance :)

Well, yes. It did lack of romance. But I think the author did it right. She didn't focus on romance that much. Penryn has priorities. And romance is not on her top list. But still the moments are so overflowing with hotness! But it's your opinion. And 4 stars aren't bad. :)

Read them too! The blurb doesn't give out a lot of details about Daughter of Smoke and Bone. But it will pay in the end, the twists are good. And the mythology. And the world she's created is mesmerizing. Plus. The heroine. Badass Karou.

a) i have recently become team Derek instead of team Lucas (I got really angry at him at the end of the last book)

b) my favorite love triangles ever are Warner-Juliette-Adam (Shatter Me)
and Jem-Tesssa-Will (Infernal Devices)
actually Lucas -Helen-Orion (Starcrossed) is pretty good too.

As for Angelfall..I don't think there will be ever an out and out love triangle, but I agree with what's already been discussed. Raffe will discover his jealous side when it comes to Penryn!! And it will be awesome!!

I've read discussion about the love triangle, and people don't want it. And now I agree with them because OMG. Penryn and Raffe are OTP. Yes, the book is too dark. But I found that aspect really interesting and fascinating. Just about the type of book I'm so into at the moment.

Yes, but isn't it weird. Angels doing lab experiments. lol. I had never in my life imagined that. Even in fiction. It just seemed so... bizarre. Mixing sci-fi with fantasy/paranormal. But this is fiction and everything's possible, if written well. And Susan Ee nailed it.
