Gisbelle | 25787 comments Tie Your Reads
The goal is to find what connect one book to the previous one. It can be the titles, covers, authors, themes, characters...

e.g.:

You start with one book and then keep on adding until you have all books selected. So book 2 has to share something in common with book 1, and so on.

1. Almost by Anne Eliot
2. What Happens Next by Colleen Clayton (theme: rape)
3. Hopeless (Hopeless, #1) by Colleen Hoover (author: C)
4. Are You Going to Kiss Me Now? by Sloane Tanen (cover: blue)
...

Gisbelle | 25787 comments New Releases/Favorite Cover

As the title suggests, participants are required to read certain numbers of books based on New Releases/Favorite Cover.

The rules of this challenge will be posted later.

message 17: by Mandiann (new)

Mandiann (goodreadscommandiann) | 6882 comments Wanting to join wasn't my problem...finding the time to join was. I kept meaning to join and then all of a sudden it was November. :(

I will try to join next time. Can I use the same book for two challenges? ie. Triathalon and Two Month?

message 18: by Gisbelle (last edited Nov 08, 2013 07:20PM) (new)

Gisbelle | 25787 comments One book for each challenge :) I'll be very busy next week on. My classes and training will start by then, so I'm not sure I'll have enough time to spend on the group.

message 19: by Kathy (new)

Kathy | 7669 comments I used Trust in Me (Wait for You, #1.5) by J. Lynn for the Triathlon and for the #7 2-Month Reading Challenge is that ok? I hope I didn't mess up! :D

message 20: by Gisbelle (new)

Gisbelle | 25787 comments no worries :) I see some of us have been using the same books for several challenges. Well, it's up to each of us actually. Normally I read different books for different challenge, you know, to make it more challenging. But if you don't have time, or can't find another book, you can use the same books for different challenges.

message 21: by Kathy (new)

Kathy | 7669 comments Ok I get what you mean. I'll try that next time! Thanks Gisbelle! :D
