THE Group for Authors! discussion

I feel like this might be a stupid thing to ask, but how do I go about putting my books into a series? Every time I try it, it says only Librarians can do that.. but aren't GoodReads Authors technically Librarians? I'm a bit confused.

Members of the Goodreads Author program have limited librarian abilities regarding their own books. For technical reasons, that does not include creating series.

A post in the Librarians Group will usually do the trick in a matter of hours, if not minutes.

I created a series for your books.

Oh, okay! For a second there I thought I was doing something completely wrong! Thank you very much for answering and for adding the series!

This is good information to know, as I wrote a book that I decided will be part of a series after I published it, so once I get the second book out there, I will want to identify the series.
