I can't read pdf. ePub is fine though, or you can send me a Smashwords coupon or gift it from Amazon. I will put my review on both sites if it's *** or better.Simply copy the email address I put in the thread and swap the at for @ and the dot for . It should work without any troubles then. I just don't want bots that skim the net to phish my eMail addy.
