Hi Vi. Yes I'm ready, I managed a few pages last night but not much yet.

I am yet to start the book. I forgot today was a Public Holiday. Hubby wanted to spend some time out.. I'll start it tomorrow. Sorry!

No worries I'm only 4% in, I probably won't get that much read today.

I started it just earlier. So far, going ok. Have you seen the movie?

I'm liking it so far although i'm a little confused, thinks its because i'm trying to predict what I think will happen.

No I haven't seen it, I like to read the books first or i'll never read them.

I totally get what you mean. I'm doing that too - trying to predict what's going to happen. How the author is going to take this further.

How far are you in? I'm around 160+ pages - the part where M/W has met Jared. If you haven't reached there, LOOOK AWAY!



So far, it's interesting - Melanie & Wanderer have started to accept each other - which is interesting. But I'm thinking - if the Seeker is so sure that Melanie will dominate, why did she let Wanderer come alone? Or is this going to be a twist?

Re: Jared - I don't like what I see of him so far. I don't understand why Melanie just melts at the thought/sight of him. (just realized - Twilight flashes here)

Re: Jeb, Maggie & Sharon - WTH is going on here? I would've expected more reaction from Maggie & Sharon - I mean, come on, she went into the territory to try saving Sharon. A little more positive reaction would be very welcome. And what is Jeb playing at here?

Ok i'm struggling with this book. I don't know what they are its driving me crazy, for some reason I thought this was about aliens or something but I really can't work out if they are or if they're just spirits sooooooo confused.

I haven't been able to read for over a week so that might also be why i'm struggling.

I sat down and finished this book yesterday. I liked it.

Elishia - they are aliens. Earth is not the first planed they've "invaded". How far are you in?

I hate when that happens.

I read something else yesterday in one sitting so hoping thats got me out of my reading slump.

I want to finish this weekend (well thats my aim). I'm only up to the part when they're in the desert looking for her uncles hideout.

Ok I officially give up with this one :-(, i'm tempted to dnf it but think i'll give it another try at a later date.
