Lindsey I thought it would be good to start off with a few book recommendations.
If you are looking for something that is altogether very different from anything you have ever read, I would absolutely recommend "Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk" Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk A Modest Bestiary by David Sedaris

It has a few illustrations as well… which is always a bonus.

My all time favorite (which I repeatedly recommend anywhere I have the chance) is "Photographing Fairies" It's a little more "meaty" than the title I suggested above and definitely had me turning pages all night.

Photographing fairies by Steve Szilagyi

Markus | 7 comments The most appropriate recomendation I have for this group woul be House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski. Check out the wiki page or some reviews.

I loved it when i read it back in 2000. Not sure how it holds up now. I guess i should re read to find out.
