What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am looking for a book very similar to Christie Ridgeway's "First comes love" about a woman who runs the tours of historical houses in her town. The town is reputed for being very haunted. A man moves there temporarily and she walks in on him naked in bed while touring the house for a teenage couple. A very funny scene ensues where she teases him for his erection and he notices she's not wearing a bra. His name is sort of strange, like MacKenna or Kavanaugh. I think both his named could be considered last names. Anyway, it turns out he rented the house and the woman's grandmother never warned her about it. The house is haunted by a couple and strange things start happening when both of them are there together.
