Tyler (starbreaker) I'm starting really late, but I've got the reading bug now. My internet and cable are off and I have some pretty good downtime on my job, so I'm going for it. Doing pretty good so far! My tastes range from sci-fi to horror to mystery and some non-fiction.

May
1. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn 4/5
2. Life After Life by Kate Atkinson 5/5
3. Star Trek: Voyager Spirit Walk #1 by Christie Golden 3/5

Tyler (starbreaker) 4. Those Across the River by Christopher Buehlman 4/5. An interesting debut horror novel that held my attention. It kind of fizzled near the end, which was a shame. Still worth a read

Tyler (starbreaker) 5. Blind Lake by Robert Charles Wilson
6. Spirit Walk Book Two: Enemy of my Enemy by Christie Golden

Tyler (starbreaker) 7. Pandora's Star by Peter F Hamilton - Finished this one a couple of days ago. It took me a good two weeks to read it, but I think that's understandable considering it was pushing 1000 ePub pages. It was one helluva ride. And the sequel.... even longer.

Tyler (starbreaker) 8. Star Trek Voyager - Full Circle by Kirsten Beyer - It's a re-relaunch of sorts. A new author takes the crew in. a new and exciting direction. Beyer did a great job of wrapping up the previous plots while moving the story forward.

8. Joyland by Stephen King - I know it's a cliché but I really did laugh and cry. I was completely invested in the main character. Another win for the master.
