What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read a book years ago about a sister and brother who live in pre-historic England. The girl is discovered to be a shaman and can do astral projection to others like her, including a boy in Egypt. An older man in the village (tribe?) who may be her uncle is trying to kill her and get her power. The book is the first in a trilogy. I think the author was a woman whose last name started with a C (Scottish sounding name?). I think the cover had a drawing of Stonehenge or some time of standing stone circle with the girl along side it.

I'm sorry, I'm having trouble understanding what you mean about time travel. The girl lived in pre-Roman times, and could use astral projection to travel to... an even earlier time?

Sorry. What I meant to say was she could astral project to another location, not another time. The main character ends ups involved with a boy/young man from Egypt.
