Should you fine-tune the categories of your book on Amazon?

All my books are now under 'Sword and Sorcery' which, to me, implies lots of battles and fierce wizards, neither of which fits. But I don't don't really know where else they'd fit, so I'll leave them. I like the fact that there are more categories for each book now. Treespeaker is not only Sword and Sorcery. It's now 'Epic', 'Mythology', 'Metaphysical and Visionary' and 'Fairy Tale' as well.

You're making me feel like I'm lagging, just writing thrilling books.
But here's a bunch of categories for Andrew's and my Larsson book, some of which I've never heard of, and including a brandnew one, added this week, in the book's fourth year on the bestseller lists, that I've definitely never heard of --

-- that someone at Amazon must have popped the book into, because none of us did anything. It raises the question of whether you can, or even should, fine-tune your own categories, or just leave it Amazon.
