I'm in the mood to pass the time by playing games, so I thought I'd post a new game! :D

This is a simple game that can cause a few giggles. I'll start us off with a quote from a random book. Then, I'll post a page number and sentence number. Whoever posts next, will post a quote from the same page/sentence number I provided (it can be from whatever book you want). After you write your quote ,be sure to add a new page/sentence number!

"'Hang on, Perry,' Brooke said. She dished out bowls of gruel for them. "We might as well get him good and fat before we cook him!'" - Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi.

"'What did you think Tris was short for?' 'Oh, I don't know...weakling?' She touches her chin. If her chin was bigger, it might balance out her nose, but it is weak and almost recedes into her neck." - Divergent by Veronica Roth.

"He gulped a breath of fresh air, knowing that this would sound ungodly to them. They had been taught from the cradle that chimaera were vile, crawling things, devils, animals. But Madrigal...she had managed to unchain him in an instant from his bigotry, and it was time he tried to do the same."

Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor (not my favorite book in the world, but it has beautiful writing and I liked the quote).

"We barreled off the Williamsburg Bridge into Manhattan and headed north onto Clinton street. 'They're still following us,' Sadie warned. Sure enough, the carriers were only a block behind us, waving around cars and trampling over sidewalk displays of tourist junk. 'We'll buy some time,' Bast growled deep in her throat - a sound so low and powerful is made my teeth buzz. She yanked the wheel and swerved onto East Houston. I looked back." - The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan.
