I loved Shiver...actually, the entire trilogy

I've heard lots of both good and bad things about it. I was supposed to read it a couple years ago but am just now getting around to actually wanting to read it.

I liked Shiver, Linger was ok but didn't like Forever.

I only read Shiver 3 half years ago. Shiver was an amazing book and I think I'll reread it one of these days so I can read the other two books. I have a tendency to check out library books to read instead read my already owned books.

WEll, I agree that Forever was the weakest of the three. I found more plot holes in that book but I still enjoyed the main couple

I think that was my problem, the plot holes. Well that and (view spoiler)[ my love of a HEA. The ending just was, there wasn't a real resolution to it in my opinion. (hide spoiler)]

I see I've started some reminiscing lol. I'll have to read it ASAP to see what all the hype (and for some, lack thereof) is about.

I haven't read the Divergent. The first 3 mortal instruments were great, the 4th kind of got to the point of what the french toast is going on and do I care anymore. I put them on hold until there is another book out so if I am mad at the ending I can read the next. I hate cliffhangers.

Divergent was better than Mortal Instruments in my opinion, but they are both really good. I was really intrigued by Jace & Cleary...plus someone ruined it for me (view spoiler)[ by posting in their review, that they weren't really related. So I read it knowing that and it has removed much of the angst. In my mind, it's more of a matter of time, instead of a closed door (regarding their love) (hide spoiler)]

Two of my favorite series. I haven't gotten to read Insurgent yet, though. I don't even have my copy of Divergent anymore.

I haven't read Insugent yet either, but I want to. There's already talk about Insurgent becoming a movie even though Divergent hasn't released yet probably because they think that Divergent is going to do so well as a movie. Divergent is coming to the movies March 2014.

OMG forreal? I hadn't even heard this before lol. I'm glad you have enlightened me :). But yeah, I feel like it will do really good as a movie. Now I have something to be excited about all year haha
