I saw it last night. It was funny and entertaining. It was definitely absurd, though, so those looking for a tight plot should save their time and money.
Great movie but has that sort of Pineapple Express effect of being hilarious comedy and then shoehorning a bunch of unneeded action at the end that no one could give a shit about. Its like Seth and company got tired and decided to pad out the movie so it wouldn't be shorter than 90 minutes.
I found this to be fun to watch, but I was underwhelmed by the film in its entirety. The side characters really stole the show, and it is definitely worth a rental or matinee.
I haven't seen this one yet. My husband didn't know that I wanted to see it and went to matinee. However, I did see Looking for a Friend at the End of the World, an indie comedy/drama about people dealing with an impending asteroid strike. It was both really funny and really sad. I loved that one.
