Who would win?

Easy, Victor. Mitch wouldnt see Victor coming - even if Victor was wearing a hi-visibilty jacket and carrying a great big neon sign.

Mitch has a team of former Navy Seals on call while Victor is just one guy. I admit when it comes to distance, Victor would probably win out due to the variety of distance weapons he has but close up, Mitch is a dab hand with a knife.
