This story is the shit. Check it out. I can't wait to get Patient Zero. I tried to win an ARC but that didn't work out!

Did I miss something? Where is the ending? I kept waiting for him to turn into some creature because he was bitten. I usually get stories but this one went right over my head.

He got bit but it didn't break the skin. This story is a prelude to the book "Patient Zero".

Ha ha. Okaaay. I thought that might be the case, but then under the title "Countdown" it says "an exclusive short story."

If it's a prelude then it does look like Patient Zero is going to be a good story.

I have Patient Zero waiting to be read. Now to find the time...

Patient Zero is fantastic! I read it last week and hated it when it ended. It has a good ending but I wanted more of the story.

Crap...so Maberry is really good? I placed an order to Amazon last night and almost switched it up since his one series, that Bad Moon Rising and others, looked really good. He's one I need to check out though, eh?

Yeah, I have a copy of his book Patient Zero. It is good but at the same time I feel like paraphasing Christopher Walken in that Blue Oyster Cult SNL sketch.

Hmm supposed to be a horror story? It wasnt bad tho, but pretty much an episode of NYPD Blue or something from Ed McBain.
