I'll just go ahead and post the monthly stats for each BOTM in this thread rather than just on the book of the month thread.

MAY BOTM STATS - Before

The following numbers and averages were calculated on May 2. The numbers are how many people read the book and gave it a certain rating. I added all those together to find how many people in all read the book, then I calculated the average rating for the whole group at the time.

2 stars: 1
3 stars: 6
4 stars: 8
5 stars: 18
Total reads: 33
Average Rating: 4.30

I find it funny that the both The Raven Boys and Divergent's Average Ratings are both the same before and after.

I actually have the July stats in my notebook. I don't have the "before," but I do have the after (well, a week after).

Can someone remind me to post them tomorrow? Posting on this thread would get my attention.

I like seeing which books are the most liked in the group. I'm sad I forgot to get the before stats for both June and July's BOTMs.

I need to get the before stats recorded for August on the first of the month.

Well, I've done the "after" stats for two of last month's BOTMs. But, I have to honestly say I'm dreading tallying up VA's stats. The Perks of Being a Wallflower had ten pages worth of members that added it to their shelves . . . I can't even imagine what VA is like.
