I think the very reason why I was rather forgiving about the love triangle here is that the struggle Eliza was having was understandable. And I can I just say how much I love Vera this time around? Love her so much :D

At 61%: What can I say? Obviously (view spoiler)[She is wrong and did wrong. If Paul settled the score with a groupie she would be getting what she deserves. She definitely merited. (hide spoiler)]

Updated at 62%: WTF! (view spoiler)[I didn't blame her for her decision. I do blame her for trying to use Loring to forget Paul and Amanda. Glad Loring didn't let her. Incomprehensibly, he didn't ditched her but he should have. She's going to break his heart soon. (hide spoiler)]

At 67%: (view spoiler)["I hate what she did. The kiss in the car just because he treated her well. You don't go kissing friends who have feelings for you in the mouth! While driving, btw! ... Lol Sandra! I agree, I don't remember hating Eliza as much as I did this time around. She really was a very trying heroine.

Yes, I hate her for that.

I normally despise any attempt at a love triangle but....(view spoiler)[Loring was such a nice guy so it was hard not to root for him in some way. Paul was such an imperfect character but I loved him so much. Maybe because he was so broken. I hated Eliza for the choice she made, since it seemed like such a cowards way out overall.

It was obvious early on that even though Eliza had an attraction to Loring, she only had eyes for Paul. So I never considered him a threat. Also it seemed like he knew what he was getting himself into even if he hoped for something else. (hide spoiler)]

Agreed. I tend to stay away from love triangle/rectangle etc. In this novel, (view spoiler)[I really liked Loring and I didn't want him to get hurt by Eliza's selfishness:/ hehe...now I figure out what type of love triangle I can take on: two guys I like:) Remember Clean Sweep! (hide spoiler)]

Vera's line about Loring's friend's chin had me lol-ing.
