THE Group for Authors! discussion

HELP! My book (due out in less than 2 months) was added to GR a little over 2 weeks ago. Since then I have tried to 'claim' my author profile numerous times. I sent my first 'apply' request 2 weeks ago. Since then I have sent a few more, as well as emailed GR support directly. Nothing. I haven't gotten a single response and my author page is still unclaimed.

Now, I had one of the GR Librarians add the covers, and synopsis information. Release dates and such. But, there is only so much she can do. I would love to start promoting my work, adding teasers and such but I can't.

Any idea how to 'unlock' my author profile? I hate to be so impatient but...two weeks?
