Gender: Male
Age: 18
Appearance:

Personality: Gray is cautious and realistic. He isn't one to be carried away by hopeful fantasies; he's grounded, and if he really wants to accomplish his ambitions, he works for it (usually taking the hard way) instead of daydreaming of the possibilities, and often won't ask for help along the way. Gray's guarded, approaching life with a cautious, calculated manner. He doesn't open up to many people. This makes him extremely intelligent, though -- his actions are well thought upon. Outwardly, he always seems poised and in control, often looking serious. He's often restless, unable to keep his mind on one thing for long periods of time. Gray's cautious and mistrustful; his sensitive side isn't often shown to anyone, only a select special few. Inside, beneath his wary exterior, he's passionate, emotional, and creative. He does anything with passion and is exceedingly loyal to those he believes he can trust, and often he can be either very happy or very sad, his emotions going to extreme highs and lows. Bipolar disorder, some might call it.
Other: Plays guitar

Gray groaned as the sunlight hit his face. He really didn't want to start another wonderful year of high school again, where teasing and bullying was abundant, especially when you were an outcast like Gray. He didn't mind being an outcast. He wasn't fond of the preps and their lifestyle, and he much preferred playing guitar and being the rocker that he was to doing... whatever the preps did nowadays. He slipped out of bed and sighed. At least this would be his senior year and final year.
Gray lazily put on some clothes, a dark jeans and a faded band shirt along with his converse, as he took the keys from his closet. Slinging his backpack over his shoulder, he exited the house without so much as a goodbye to his parents, making his way towards his car. His first class was math. Great. A wonderful way to start the day. He slammed the accelerator of his car while turning up the volume of the radio. At least guitar class was next. The only class he was looking forward to.
((ahh okay it doesn't have to be this long. :) It's just my intro so I usually make those long, but it'll be smaller as we go along, I promise.))

Ella woke up to a soft wetness on her nose, her eyes fluttering open, she saw her tiny little kitten licking her nose, crawling on her stomach. She picked him up, and set him on the ground. As he ran off, she got up, stretching. She groaned, looking at the time. First day of school, awesome.. She got up, looking through her closet till she found a cute dress to wear,

She then applied, mascara and a nice natural shade of lipstick. She didn't need coverup, her face was toned, and perfectly clear, as was her entire body. She smiled at herself, her long hair sat curly, down her back and past her breasts. She slipped on cute shoes, and headed to school, with no one to say goodbye to but her cat, she walked out the door. She drove to school, listening to "Such Small Hands", by La Dispute.
((hahah alright i dont mind :D))

Gray got out of his car and locked it, walking casually into the school building with his hands in his pockets. The few staff members who'd seen him enter already looked disapproving at his late arrival. He smirked a bit and walked into his math classroom, where class had already started. The teacher gave him an incredulous glance. Gray waved in a half-salute fashion. "Gray Evers, pleased to meet ya." He didn't see anyone's reactions and focused on getting to a seat.
((oh btw, are you fine with cussing?))

((yes i'm fine with like, everything lol))

- also why the post is a bit shorter than usual))

The only empty seat was around the back of the room, next to a girl wearing a black dress with a seemingly perfect complexion and hairstyle. He inwardly groaned. Perks about being late: avoiding preps, annoying teachers. Problems about being late: the worst seats are saved for you. The girl was obviously a prep and he did not want to sit with her, but he had no other choice. He reluctantly walked to the seat and slid in, determined not to start a conversation with her.

Ella watched as the boy walked towards the empty seat to the left of her. She saw the look on his face when he saw her, and her jaw clenched. She hated when people thought of her as just another popular snotty girl. She looked at the boy in front of her and tapped him on the shoulder. "You don't happen to have a pencil, do you?" She asked quietly, with a tiny smile. He shooked his head, "Sorry." He muttered. She sighed, looking around once more.

Gray smirked when he realized the girl didn't have a pencil. He wasn't about to offer one to her and would rather watch her embarrass herself. Pulling out a pencil from his backpack, making sure that the girl was acutely aware of his actions and that he actually had a pencil. Dumbass. Who forgot a pencil on the first day of school? Gray looked up at the board to see the first problem being written up. He scribbled in his notebook to make it seem as if he was solving it, but in reality he was writing out song lyrics to something he was composing for his band. Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say...

Ella felt herself getting angrier by the second with the boy to her left. She turned and looked at him, then asked sweetly, "Excuse me, do you have a pencil I can borrow?" She tried her hardest not to show her anger, but it flared in her voice, her jaw still clenched. The boy in front of her turned and watched.
(Such an amazing band, My Chemical Romance. It's a shame they broke up. I loved their music, and still do)

Gray looked up at the boy who was watching them and grimaced at him. "Mind your own business." He gave a sideways glance at the girl next to him. "A pencil? Me? Huh, I don't think I do..." Gray was aware that he had boxes of pencils stuffed into his backpack, but he wasn't going to give one to her, at least without some begging involved. He grinned at that aspect. Someone like her begging to someone like him? Impossible.

Ella fidgeted, her eyes quickly moving to the boy in front of her, to the teacher back to him, her hands picking at each other. "Please, I really need to take these notes." She said, her voice a bit louder, so that way he got the satisfaction he wanted, with people knowing she was begging.

Gray raised his eyebrows. "Hmm, I don't know..." Eventually he decided just to be nice and reached into his backpack, pulling out a pencil. It was sharpened and fine, and he was considering giving her a worse one, but he shrugged it off. Just be nice to the girl. He tossed it to her. "There. You owe me." He hesitated, then added, "And I don't believe I've caught your name."

She smiled, "Thank you, kind sir." She caught the pencil, and looked back up when he added that. She gave him a smirk, "No, I don't think you have." She looked back at the board, quickly copying the problems she missed.
