Hello,

I've been trying to submit the form for having a giveaway for about a week. I even had a PR person at my house helping me do it. First we made some mistakes, then finally submitted, but all I keep getting is a message saying that I already have a giveaway scheduled, Giveaway #30750. I can only think that one of the forms we filled out did go through after all. But it's been a week now, and I don't see that I'm having a giveaway and we were planning one for about three days out. I've emailed GR about this, but haven't gotten a response. I seem to be in an unending loop.

I work at Goodreads and am happy to help you! However, I don't see a pending giveaway for The Whack-Job Girls (assuming that's the title you're having troubles with). Can you provide more information about the problem and when you last tried to post a giveaway?

I really want to have a Giveaway, but every time I fill out the whole form to have the giveaway, I get an error message saying I already have a Giveaway scheduled, but as you yourself say, I don't have one scheduled. It takes me a while to fill out that form since I'm new at this, but every time I fill it out I get that same message. Is there some what you can clear out my giveaway account so that won't happen anymore? Or is it a bug that can be fixed? I was hoping to be having a giveaway right now.

Just so you know if you look in my account, I've never had a giveaway before, so there shouldn't be anything in there saying I have.

Hello Cynthia. I have also been having some difficulty with my most recent giveaway. It says "resend email confirmation" or something similar. When I click on the resend email... it says it was successful. However, when I check my dashboard, it still says says resend email confirmation.

It sounds like the email is sending but could be getting redirected in your spam folder? Check there and let me know; if it's not there, we can figure out next steps!
