Trevor Hall | 2 comments I recently published a book and signed up to the GR authors program. That was a quick process and they differentiated my book from others with the same name and linked it to my account. Great! However, I went through the first set of edits (updated the description, cover, etc) and suddenly the book vanished from my profile and I can no longer edit it. I'm still in the authors program, but now without any publications.

I've reached out to their support line to see what may have happened, perhaps I need to be less impatient and wait longer for them to get back. But in the meanwhile, has anyone else experienced this?

rivka Trevor, when you edited your book, you deleted the extra spaces between your first and last names. However, those are how our system keeps you and your books separate from the other Trevor Halls.

You are Trevor-3space-Hall. The extra spaces between your first and last names only shows up on book edit pages and your profile edit page, but they tells the system which books are yours. When adding a book manually, be sure to include the extra space, and the book will go where it belongs. If you forget, post a new thread in the Librarians Group and any librarian can fix it for you.

I got your book back where it belongs.
