Yes he did. There is a walkway connecting the eastern beaches and bays near where I live . North of Bronte we have Tamarama and Bondi beaches and south is Clovelly, Coogee and Maroubra beaches.
Bronte is about 8km from the CBD and about 4km from my place.

My daughter loved "nature walks" when she was a little.

There isn't any in my neighborhood, but lots of suburbs and some sections of the city got hit very hard. I think the rivers are still very high....there must be standing water in some places still.
They had to reverse the direction of the Chicago River, which they do when we get sustained downpours and the Deep Tunnel system can't handle all the rain. Normally Lake Michigan flows into the Chicago River. But every once in awhile they do the thing with the locks which sends the River flowing back into the lake, which means storm runoff AND sewage goes into the lake. Where Chicago gets its water supply.
I'm still drinking tap water....haven't noticed any strange objects in it.

Saturday. The mister and I actually went on a walk. First post procedure anything. It was short, but good. I thought of Evie.

They would issue a boil order if it were necessary. At least, one hopes. I don't think a Brita filter catches the raw sewage!

I'm short but not always good.
I walked to the grocery and back maybe 1.5 miles. It was lovely out, I love it when it's 24°.
Plus in these temps your ice cream doesn't melt.

I parked a half mile away from school and walked through the cold this morning to work. It was lovely.

Yay! You ran out of excuses? :)"
For the moment.

Little Free Libraries, LG. There are a few scattered around the streets where I live.

Awesome. There are tons near me and I go a little crazy with them.
