I have a new book. It has one review. It shows up if searched for. I would like the new book to replace last year's new title on my author page. Suggestions?

I don't think you can. Books are displayed buy numer of ratings initially to the user, the users can filter by other criteria I.e. publication date but I don't have access to your author dashboard to check
So if you get more reviews / ratings it may display first
