I've got a new sci-fi space opera series called "The Union Chronicles" which details the adventures of a salvage crew and bounty hunter who get caught up in the world of corporate and political intrigue. Novel one is Zero Point and novel two is Retribution
About Zero Point: At the edge of the Planetary Union, Volya Frye, a desperate salvage operator in need of some good news, makes a curious discovery: a derelict vessel with no indication of origin and signs of foul play. What's more, the ship itself shouldn't exist, at least according to what Frye knows about interstellar travel. Before they can unravel the mystery of the ship, however, Frye and his crew find themselves caught up in a conspiracy that involves some of the most powerful people in the galaxy, and threatens to take what little Frye has left - including his life.
Zero Point was an Amazon Breakthrough Novel of the Year quarterfinalist.
About Retribution: Erstwhile salvage pilot Volya Frye certainly has a reason for his anger. His meager existence hadn’t been much, but even that had been stripped from him. Frye, however, had foiled the plot and returned the vessel Marco Polo to its rightful owners. Along the way, he met Alainn Marwol, a woman as smart and deadly as she was beautiful, and discovered a life-changing truth: in order to be free, he has to take control of his future. Right now, that means it is time to exact justice on those responsible for attempting to ruin his life. It is time for retribution. But will justice be served, or will Frye succumb to the temptation for petty revenge? And what will happen when he learns that “In a tyrannical government, the real crime isn’t a single massive conspiracy, but a thousand minor ones?”
