Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I was wondering how old texts with no known author should be handled. Should the first author be listed as Anonymous, and translators and editors as second? Would this be good? I see it's been done like that somewhere but not everywhere...

I think that sounds like a decent way to do it. Although Mr Anonymous will end up being a popular author :)

Almost as much so as Miss/Ms/Mrs Anonymous! lol
