Problems in the Del Rey Yearling edition info

I just noticed that the entry for the Del Rey Yearling edition is two entries merged together... It has the DRY Yellow-Bordered cover & publisher, but the description from a special anniversary edition with extras, and the 1997 publication date doesn't match *any* editions at Amazon.
I do know the DRY Yellow edition was being sold in the 1980s at the latest, and had no extras, but I can't reach my old copy to grab the official back-cover description, pub date or ISBN.
Does anybody have one or both editions available and want to post the correct information (or share it here if you lack edit access)?

I have a copy with the yellow cover shown above. The printing is the 17th Dell Printing, October 1979. The ISBN is 0-440-49805-8. I hope this is the information you were looking for. If I can give you more info, please let me know.
