SciFi and Fantasy Book Club discussion

I am trying to find an old series of books I read as a kid. The first book was called I believe, "The Falcon Strikes" It was a three or four book series about a knight. Anyone remember that series, I can't find the books!

Could this be them by Mark Ramsay

4 books in the series: Story of an European knight and his band of mercenaries returning from the Crusades and seeking vengeance on those that betrayed them to the Saracens.

Edited to mention I tried a Google search & may have gotten lucky.

That's fantastic, those are the ones, I did google searches, library searches, no luck, thank you very much!! I really enjoyed these, want to give them a re-read.
