I'm looking for different types of shape shifter creatures to read

Hi everyone :
I'm looking for a change of shape shifters to read about. I am looking for new types to read about. Something that is like: horse shape shifters - lizard shifters- snake shifters- insect shifter- mermaids- sharks-whales- birds anything that isn't like vampires-werewolves-witches-wolves-leopards-lions-panthers-typical sidhe/fairy types...
I don't what types of shape shifters to give you a better idea, of what I'm looking for.
Unfortunately they need to be in 'ebook' format due to my Kindledx2 , as I live in small apt. an not much room for books space.

I'm not sure if this is the type of shapeshifter book you're looking for, but have you tried the Nine Lives of Chloe King?
Here's a brief summary I found:
Chloe King's life is anything but normal: Suddenly guys are prowling around her, she's growing claws, and someone's trying to kill her. Luckily for Chloe, she still has eight lives to go.

This one has snakes, falcons, hawks, wolves, and tigers...it's a really good series but you may want to start with just Hawksong (this particular version has all five books, Hawksong is the first) and see if you like it.
