Seems like that shouldn't make much difference. If they are sold as one package deal, then they'd be like an omnibus or a box set. I don't think there should be separate items added for each book, but one for the bundle as a whole.

Ah, so it's like walking into a bookstore and buying a "buy five from this shelf" deal?
Then yeah, no new entries should be added, and that storybundle ebook entry should be merged with the regular ebook for that book.

Pay at least 10 and get two bonus books
Direct download allows you to save the books to your computer first, and then transfer...
...we can send the books directly to your device. No computer required.
We take a handful of books—usually about five or so—and group them together to offer as a bundle.
All our titles come in both .mobi and .epub formats, ...
I think they are separate just come together. I can ask in their FB page. https://www.facebook.com/StoryBundle
Edit: Thanks Lafon. :]

Well, the closest you can get to it in the eWorld anyway.

However, in this case I think it's just a matter of removing the "Story Bundle Edition" and making the book an alternate cover.
The only other eBooks are 1 Kindle Edition and 1 Nook edition (with BNID). Seems to me that the plain eBook edition would be valid in this case since the edition sold with the storybundle would NOT be a Kindle or Nook specific edition.

I don't use listopia so I'm not sure where each list is, but you'd have to specifically choose a Bundle link from there.
http://storybundle.com/
The current bundle features this book:
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18...
Someone has already created an edition of that book for the StoryBundle version. The only other instances I could find on Goodreads for StoryBundles were Listopia examples, e.g.:

Should StoryBundle collections be treated like omnibuses? Or should they not have editions at all? Or should each book within the StoryBundle collection get a separate edition to be combined with the other formats? I'm not clear on how StoryBundles work, whether a bundle, once purchased, appears as several distinct ebooks or one omnibus collection of ebooks. Help!
