I'm currently reading "The Spread" series of books by Iain Rob Wright. Pretty interesting. (view spoiler)[People get infected by a fungus which turn them into what are essentially zombies (hide spoiler)], with some unique mutations. I'm only on book 3 atm, but so far I am enjoying it.
