Review: I LOVE this series! (VA and Bloodlines) This book didnt have as much action as others and pushed to the emphasis on witches more instead of vampires. I stilled enjoyed the story line and I can not wait for the next book!

Review: I thought this was an interesting book. I am always looking for books that present things in a new way, and this one didn't disappoint. I found it to be a very easy read and it kept my interest to the end. I would recommend this book if you like the "how will the world be after it all ends" sort of books. Review: This was an emotional story that broke my heart and mended it all at the same time. It was a fast read; I couldn't put it down and consumed it in one sitting. Colleen Hoover writes beautifully.

Review: I liked this book, although some of it seemed overly simple and lacking plot details. The author chose to share the story through the main character's (Miranda) journal writing. Stories about survival always appeal to me and this one was no different. If an asteroid were to hit the moon, I know that themes of family, spiritually, and survival would be very important to me. I always like it when a book makes you think "what would I do if that really happened?"

Review : This was a very deep book. I cried and I smiled. It surprises me how much a short and quick read can have so much meaning in it.
The main character is very irritable, but I can understand why she does what she does.
Overall, I really liked it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a short book, but something that will really make your heart wrench.

Review: Fun, fast-paced, and a little bit crazy. This book is told from the alternating viewpoints of sisters, Annie and Sofia. The girls are part of a school that exploits females with extraordinary powers. Fia has perfect instincts and Annie is blind but can see future events. Fia is the tough chick with deep emotional problems and Annie has the softer, gentler soul. Not the best-written book ever, but it was a blast to read!

Review: This is a great read!! It is a remake of beauty and the beast in modern day New York. It's a very sweet story with authentic relationships between the love interests and the friendships. I wish there was a little more romance or intimacy, but it worked for me.

Review: I liked this book, but didn't love it. My major complaint is the lack of detail and story development. The main character, Grace, turns 17, the age when citizens are expected to receive a bar code tattoo. On the day of her tattooing, everything in her life changes. The concept of the book fascinates me-a permanent mark on each member of society so that the government and big corporations can track an individual's daily movements. A quick and easy read.

Review: Of the series I was most bored with this book. I didnt hate it at all but i thought the first two were better. My favorite character is Charlie! She has to decide between her new friend and her boyfriend of years. What upsets me is the first 3 books are all within about a month time span. She barely knows her new friend and shes deciding between a guy she supposedly is so in love with and this new friend. Drives me nuts! Reminds me of high school when everyone loves someone after saying hello to each other!

Review: Over all I enjoyed this series of books. This was the last book in the trilogy of three books. I enjoyed the series, but this is a set of books you could not read out of order. This particular book had very little new character development. You knew the characters because of the previous two books. I thought this book was a good ending to the trilogy.

Review : GAH! A CLIFFHANGER! Now, I know there is going to be a next book in the series. There better be. I guess this book could've ended the series, but it would be so much better if there was a next book.
I have to say, I enjoyed the first book more than this one. This book just didn't...grab my attention as well.
I still enjoyed the book, and I will, for sure read the next one.

Review: I loved this book! Elisa's character development was so much fun to read. And what girl wouldn't love to have a Hector of her own. Lots of excitement and intense scenes in this one. If middle books in a trilogy were always written like this one, I would be one happy girl.

Review: The idea of using "found pictures" to tell a story is great. The photographs in the book are creepy and intriguing. Some parts of the book felt a little forced to get the plot to match the pictures, but overall it was an okay read. I think that some people expect the book to be intense and scary. I didn't find it to be very scary at all.

Review: This series just keeps getting better and better! Maberry is so good at throwing in those plot twists that you never see coming. Benny, Nix, Lilah, and Chong go through so many harrowing events in this book. It definitely keeps you emotionally connected to all the main characters. My favorite thing is how we get to know each character's thoughts much deeper.

Review: LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED this book! I would say after the first chapter, the next 140 or so pages werent the best. After that i read the last 250 in one sitting! I couldnt put it down! Gen gave birth to a still born baby 8 years prior. A woman shows up to her door saying her baby was never dead and that Gen's husband Art was involved in the disappearance of the baby. So many twists and turns!

Review: Powerful and haunting book. Carey is a girl who has spent the last 10 years of her life in a broken-down camper deep in the forest. Her mother is mentally ill and a meth addict. The book begins when the camper is found by strangers and Carey's life changes in ways she never imagined. A book about pain and resilience; a heartbreaking read.

Review : This book was definitely not as good as the first one. One reason for that is because of the student-teacher relationship. I hate those SO FREAKING MUCH.
But I did like the variety of characters in this book, mostly because it made the situations seem more real. It also prevented this book from seeming like it took place in a perfect world (sort of like the first book).
I really did enjoy this book. Although it was really similar to the first one, these are the kinds of books I like (minus the student-teacher relationship). I recommend this to fans of the first book and any other contemporary books.

Do Casters or Witches count as a Mythological Creature?

Review: I really liked this book. Shusterman is one of my favorite writers, and his Unwind series will probably top my favorite dystopian list. Cam is a product of numerous unwound teens, and he adds a whole new perspective to the story. Connor, Risa, and Lev's paths intersect, and the action is gripping. Twisted and intense-what a thrilling read!

Review: Clara is such a great character. I like how the book portrays her emotional turmoil to understand the consequences of fighting her purpose. Hallowed is a good read, and a nice addition to the series. The PNR is not too syrupy sweet. Christian and Tucker are both HOT and make the love triangle interesting.
