Read it, was good, not as good as I thought it would be, but well worth the read.

I agree with Marni, I definitely liked the book as it certainly is a page turner but somehow with all the hype expected something more. I suppose their were certain portions that felt a bit rushed to me but I would love to see your opinions on the book!

I read this. I agree with Marni. Good, and like it. I will read the next in the series, but I did expect a bit more from it.

I think this book was really hyped up before it's release. I really enjoyed it but was expecting a bit more because of the hype. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I went in completely unbiased. However, that being said, I've never been a huge alien invasion type so I wasn't really sure about that aspect. Here was my final review:

So I just got to chapter 10. I'm not really liking it so far. What do you think about it so far?

I know how you can be blown away by this book. Pretend you never heard of it before you started reading. Good, but what would it have been like if it was a hidden treasure.

I read and really loved this book. I wasn't sure I liked Cassie at first and it took me awhile to get fully absorbed but by the end I was in love. Total book hangover.

I have to say so far this has been one depressing book. I'm at about page 90 and I am hoping for something even sorta good to happen:) it's keeping me interested though.

Getting close to the end and enjoying it. Seems like the same idea as Stephanie Myers book The Host. Haven't read much about aliens before so its a fun new idea for me

I'm glad you are enjoying it! I gave up on the book awhile ago. I just couldn't finish it.

Yeah it took a while for me to get into it but now I have to finish!

I know everyone has finished this book a lot time ago but I just read it and I have to say I loved it so much .... until near the end. I also thought evan was kind of creepy..... and the whole bit about him showing himself to cassie and her description of how it was like she didn't know where she ended and he began was really corny and weird haha. although I was sad that it looks like his character sacrificed himself at the end! I have no idea where the next book is going to go... any thoughts?
